Who is B4Lkie?
Hailing straight from Englewood, B4Lkie developed an early passion for music at a young age before launching into his career today as the New Jersey MC. The East Coast native’s love for music originally stemmed from performing choirs in both school and church and was heavily inspired by Michael Jackson, whom he deems as his “G.O.A.T.” selection.
Representing the Rock Creek Terrace Apartments, B4Lkie’s sound can’t be matched or pinpointed in other artists, but his music still carries many of the same roots of legends in the game. Having just graduated from Garfield High School in 2020, B4Lkie is currently preparing his album’s release for next January. He has worked hard to keep his supporters fulfilled with his most recent Emotional Jail EP, featuring five strong tracks with themes about life, loss and growth.
Currently, the Jersey rapper’s SoundCloud page boasts over 400,000 streams and gains his drive and motivation from friends and family who endlessly support his movement. As he continues to expand his reach and fan base, B4Lkie’s dedication to boosting the lives of his loved ones through his music dreams remains the most prominent goal of all.
B4Lkie is definitely an artist to watch and as he continues to make a path and name for himself, we can all say that we were here early!
