Who is Ashton Zaban?
Ashton Zaban, better known as AZ, is an upcoming 27-year-old artist from Mississauga, Ontario, who was born on September 4, 1994. He is very versatile and makes hip-hop and melodic music but is best known for R&B. With AZ dropping hits all year, he just released his first EP titled “Island 6” to showcase his versatility & bring you island vibes this summer in the city. The EP is filled with 5 different vibes and can be found on all streaming platforms.
Ashton Zaban started making music because it is an outlet for him to convey messages. He uses music as a way for him to express himself, and how he thinks and feels. AZ portrays messages through his music and talks about his life and mentions his family, friends and what he has gone through.
Many artists inspired Ashton Zaban to start creating music of his own, but PARTYNEXTDOOR has been Ashton Zaban’s biggest inspiration, as he is from the same city as him and has a very unique different sound.
Other than making music, Ashton Zaban loves to go on rides on his motorcycle which has been a passion of his for a while and is another way for him to take his mind off of the world. Aside from rapping, he records and engineers music, takes photos, videos, and designs cover arts.
In about five years, Ashton Zaban hopes to see himself as a very well-known established artist on the rise to the top.
This is definitely an artist to watch and as he continues to make a path and name for himself, we can all say that we were here early!
